VS1 Systems

VS1-t is a new point-supported hybrid timber curtain wall system. This system can be used to achieve large spans. Custom profiles are available, and timber offers an exciting new aesthetic to designers.

Curtain walls have historically been framed with steel or aluminum, which are both high in embodied carbon. Timber has low embodied carbon and can be harvested sustainably. Timber is also much lighter than metal, which allows for easier installation and decreased shipping costs.
