Julian has been with Innovation Glass since 2019 and manages the world of pre-construction services. After graduating from Northeastern University with a mechanical engineering degree and then working at a large aerospace corporation, Julian brings a unique background and experience to the facade industry. He enjoys blending technical knowledge with customer relation management to mutually add value in an architectural endeavor. Working with both designers and builders, Julian offers a unique perspective from different sides of the same coin and strives to share knowledge as much as possible. At Innovation Glass, he is excited to be a part of a strong group of forward-thinking individuals and continues to learn more every day about the facade industry.

HELMUT FORSTNER

Helmut is responsible for sales and market development of VS1 in Europe. Helmut has been working in the glass industry worldwide for over 35 years. His experience is in glass fabrication, production machines and methods as well a working on complex structural glass facades with the world's leading facade companies, supplier and a general contractor. He was manager of ECKELT Glass GmbH in Austria for 15 years. ECKELT is a company manufacturing complex glass products for the facade industry. Helmut was also leading a network of 14 companies in Central Europe for one of the world's leading glass manufacturers.

A mechanical engineer by training and a problem-solver by nature, Sahoo has spent over 20 years mastering the complexities of building and glazing systems. His expertise spans a wide range of structural applications, including complex geometries, space frame structures, and system simplification, with a proven track record across various landmark projects across Asia.
As the Executive Director of Innovation Glass India Pvt. Ltd. for the past 12 years, Sahoo has played a pivotal role in pioneering customized glazing solutions and leading the development of the VS1 system within the organization. Technically strong and deeply solution-oriented, he is known for his ability to turn challenging concepts into practical, high-performance systems.
Sahoo leads with humility and collaboration at the heart of his approach. He believes in working with his team, not above it—valuing every individual’s input and fostering a culture where ideas are shared freely. His genuine passion for teamwork and hands-on involvement have made him not just a respected leader, but a trusted mentor and partner to everyone at Innovation Glass.
